Service description
SkilledMarkets provides a web-based platform delivering wage benchmark data (BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics), occupational profiles (O*NET database), and salary band generation tools to specialty trade contractors and related employers. The service includes a marketing website (skilledmarkets.com), a digital product store, and a SaaS application (app.skilledmarkets.com).
Data sources
BLS OEWS data is sourced from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and is in the public domain. O*NET data is sourced from the National Center for O*NET Development and is licensed under CC BY 4.0. SkilledMarkets does not represent wage data as proprietary.
Digital product purchase terms
Digital products (PDF reports, Excel workbooks, templates) sold at skilledmarkets.com/store are delivered electronically. No refunds on delivered digital products unless the product is defective or materially different from its description. Purchase mechanics are handled by Stripe; terms of each purchase appear at checkout.
Account terms
One account per person. Organizations may have multiple users per their subscription tier seat limits.
Acceptable use
SkilledMarkets may not be used for bulk data extraction, resale of BLS/O*NET data, or creation of competing wage intelligence products from the platform's outputs.
Intellectual property
The SkilledMarkets platform, brand, and non-BLS/O*NET content are owned by Rovaryn Digital Inc.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovaryn Digital Inc.'s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
