Pricing FAQ

Is the BLS OEWS data current?
Yes. SkilledMarkets uses the latest BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics release (currently May 2024 OES; May 2025 data expected around May 15, 2026). The data vintage is always displayed transparently on every benchmark. We update the platform annually when BLS publishes the new release.
What trade occupations are covered?
All SOC codes in the 47-xxxx (Construction and Extraction) and 49-xxxx (Installation, Maintenance, and Repair) series — organized into 10 pre-built categories. If you hire electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, welders, pipefitters, ironworkers, sheet metal workers, carpenters, masons, or heavy equipment operators, your occupations are covered.
Does my company size matter for which tier to choose?
Generally: 10–50 employees → Essentials; 25–100 employees with structured hiring → Professional; 50–200 employees across multiple trades or geographies → Business; multi-location or staffing firm → Enterprise. Run the ROI Calculator for a tier recommendation based on your specific hiring volume.
What happens if I reach my occupation tracking limit?
You'll see a warning at 80% of your limit with an in-app banner and email to your Admin. At 100%, new saves are blocked with a prompt to upgrade or add occupations at $15/month each. You can always downgrade — SkilledMarkets walks you through which occupations to keep.
Can I add more user seats?
Yes. Extra seats are $20/month each on Essentials, Professional, and Business. Enterprise includes unlimited seats.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — annual plans are the equivalent of 2 months free ($1,990/yr Essentials · $3,490/yr Professional · $5,990/yr Business · $11,990/yr Enterprise). Switch between monthly and annual in your billing settings at any time.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is the O*NET data included in all tiers?
Yes — the full O*NET occupational profile (skills, tasks, knowledge, abilities, work context, Job Zone) is available on every occupation detail page across all four tiers. O*NET-attribute discovery (filtering occupations by skill requirements or Job Zone) is available on Professional and above.
