About
Built for the Trade Contractor Who Can't Afford Enterprise HR
Authoritative BLS data. SMB-accessible pricing. No enterprise contract.
Our mission
Rovaryn Digital Inc. builds focused tools that give SMB businesses in underserved verticals access to the same data and intelligence that enterprise players have — at prices and in interfaces that work for businesses with 10 to 200 employees, not 10,000.
The product story
The gap in trade contractor wage intelligence is structural. Enterprise platforms like PayScale Payfactors average $27,000/year. The BLS OEWS portal publishes the underlying data for free in raw CSV files that require spreadsheet skills and 2–3 hours per hire to use. For the 53,000 specialty trade contractors with 10–200 employees — the shops that run on ServiceTitan and Jobber, that hire electricians and HVAC mechanics and pipe welders every few months — there was nothing in the middle. SkilledMarkets is that middle ground: the same BLS OEWS data and O*NET occupational profiles, in a purpose-built employer interface, at $199–$1,199/month.
Our values
Data integrity
We display BLS OEWS data exactly as BLS publishes it, with the release vintage always visible. We never obscure the source.
Accessible pricing
A tool that improves every trade contractor's hiring should be priced for trade contractors, not Fortune 500 HR teams.
Transparency
O*NET data is CC BY 4.0 and we display that attribution on every page that uses it. We're building on public infrastructure and we acknowledge it.
SMB focus
Every design decision is made for the owner-operator, the HR manager at a 90-person shop, and the workforce development manager at a 160-person multi-trade contractor. Not enterprise HR.
