Trade Turnover & Retention Cost Model

The Trade Turnover & Retention Cost Model takes one input you can't reliably guess — the market base wage for a named trade in a named metro — from cited BLS OEWS, and hands you the rest as your own numbers. You enter headcount, separations, recruiting, onboarding, ramp and vacancy costs; the workbook computes an annual replacement spend and a cost-per-departure figure, then compares your current turnover against a target rate you set. The base wage is the loaded OEWS percentile with its source string; every replacement multiplier, loss estimate and turnover rate is yours to enter and yours to defend. No industry turnover cost is asserted — the model computes only on what you put in.
